This product does work BUT only depending on how course your hair is. The hair under my arms and intimate areas are not fine they are kinda course and it worked. I tried it under my arms, did 15 minutes like instructed to do i went to wipe a spot to see if the hair was getting removed. No hair came off. So i did an extra 10 minutes and boom all hair gone. After i got out of the shower it looked like i had got a fresh wax under my arms! It was smooth and a little brighter!
