“Shipping was the only thing done right”
I placed my order and I received it. That was the only thing done right. I received my order and the pump was defective, barely any product came out. Of what actually did come out of the pump did not work It. It didn't remove any hair. I contact customer service to inform them and I receive a response. They ask if I would like a refund or a replacement. I responded with a replacement. And that was the last I heard from them. I respond to the email again, maybe they got busy and hadn't shipped it yet. No response. I send another email. No response. I tried sending another email again and still no response. And this is multiple weeks that have gone by for a chance to correct the situation but instead I get terrible customer service.
