“Shipping times are ridiculous”
Placed my order in August. Here it is end of September and I still do not have my order. Shipping has taken so long their automated system is asking me to review it. It took weeks and me emailing for my order to be shipped. They couldn’t bother to respond to my email but at least they finally shipped the product. It was shipped with the slowest transit time I’ve seen in years. The eta for delivery is end of this week. This product is supposed to be natural but how can it stay “good” with a 2 + week transit time in the summer? I am giving a one star review based on shipping times and customer service. When the product finally arrives I am not sure I will still use it but if I do. I’ll come back with another review.

“Doesn’t work - Body hair removal”
I ordered this product and was very excited to try it. I followed the instructions and left it on for the suggested time, but nothing happened. After wiping it off, the hair remained—although it had a stringy texture. If I pulled on it, it would come off but break at the root. Water and a washcloth didn’t remove it either. I even tried it a second time to see if the issue was on my end, but it still didn’t work.
